Are items authentic?
C-Select sources selected luxury and streetwear items through supplier and sourcing routes. Availability, item details and final payment instructions are confirmed before payment.
What is the difference between On-hand and sourced items?
On-hand items are already secured with C-Select and usually move faster. Sourced or private sourcing items are secured after availability and pricing are confirmed.
Are prices final?
Displayed prices are estimates or current sale references. Final landed pricing is confirmed privately before payment, including sourcing fee, delivery and any applicable handling notes.
When is my order confirmed?
Your order is confirmed once the item details are confirmed and payment reflects in the receiving account.
Why can payments take time to reflect?
African bank transfers can take time where payment is processed through an international receiving bank outside Africa. Timing depends on the sending bank, country and settlement process.
How long does delivery take?
South Africa is usually 8–11 business days after order confirmation. Zimbabwe and other regional timelines are confirmed privately depending on item route and delivery location.
Do you accept returns?
Returns are handled according to item type, source conditions and the C-Select terms shared at checkout. Please confirm sizing and details before payment.
Can I request an invoice or payment instructions?
Yes. After checkout, C-Select can provide the relevant payment instructions or invoice-style order summary before you pay.
