Please read these terms before placing an enquiry or making payment. C-Select operates as an independent private sourcing and on-hand enquiry service.
1. Independent service
C-Select is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any listed brand. Brand names are used only to identify products or client sourcing requests.
2. Enquire before payment
Availability, size, colour, final price, sourcing fee, courier, customs, duties and delivery timing must be confirmed privately before payment. Website prices are estimates and may change.
3. USD and ZAR pricing
USD is used as the base reference currency. ZAR amounts are estimates for South African clients and are confirmed before payment according to the applicable exchange rate and costs.
4. Sourcing fee
A sourcing fee may be charged separately from the product price. The fee is confirmed before payment and may vary by item, supplier, urgency and sourcing complexity.
5. Product condition and authenticity
Where possible, product details, supplier information, condition and authenticity-related information are confirmed before payment. Clients should ask questions before approving payment.
6. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds depend on the item type, sourcing status, supplier terms and whether an item was specially sourced. Confirm returns/refund eligibility before paying.
7. Delivery and customs
Courier, import duties, customs, handling and cross-border costs may apply. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by suppliers, couriers or customs authorities.
8. Payment
Payment instructions are only provided after availability, size/specification and final estimate are confirmed. Do not pay unless the agreed item and final terms are clear.
9. Limitation
C-Select is not responsible for delays or price changes caused by third-party suppliers, customs, couriers, exchange-rate movement or incorrect client information.
