Shipping and delivery policy
C-Select is based in South Africa, with our main operating centre in Pretoria. We also coordinate through centres in Harare and Bulawayo for Zimbabwe and regional fulfilment. We ship to South Africa, Zimbabwe and the wider Southern African region.
South Africa
Estimated delivery: usually 8–11 business days after order confirmation.
This includes international sourcing, courier movement, customs processing and local delivery where applicable.
Zimbabwe
Harare / Bulawayo: usually 9–14 business days after order confirmation.
Other Zimbabwe locations: usually 10–15 business days, depending on route and courier availability.
Rest of region
Southern African regional delivery: usually 10–18 business days after order confirmation.
Timing depends on item location, customs, courier route and country-specific processing.
Important delivery notes
International sourced items: Many products are sourced from international boutiques or suppliers. The delivery estimate includes supplier dispatch, express courier movement and local/regional delivery where applicable.
Customs and duties: Cross-border and imported items may trigger import duties, VAT, customs charges, courier charges and handling fees. These are confirmed before payment where possible.
Split shipments: If an order includes multiple items, they may come from different suppliers or centres and may arrive separately.
Regional transfers: If an item arrives first in South Africa and must be transferred to Harare, Bulawayo or another regional destination, extra time may apply.
Final confirmation: Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Before payment, we confirm item availability, expected route, delivery city/country and final shipping assumptions.
Before you pay
Message us with the item, size and delivery city/country. We will confirm whether it is on-hand, being transferred through a C-Select centre, or being sourced internationally.
